Our Custom Built BBQ Smoker Trailer
Our 2014 Custom Built BBQ Trailer! This unit is very versatile and will allow us to serve crowds from 50-500. We cook over 100% wood and charcoal. Our trailer is fully equipped to carry our smokers, hot boxes, sinks, tables, etc. This is the same trailer that we use in our BBQ Competitions.

Our custom built Wood Smoker offers 60 square feet of cooking space, allowing us to slow smoke all of our meats and side dishes.
