All of our meals include dinner rolls, butter, and our Original Pete's Firehouse BBQ Sauce!  For our standard catering packages, we include heavy duty paper plates, plastic silverware and paper napkins.  For our Wedding Packages, we offer heavy duty clear plastic plates, and options for metal flatware and glass plate upgrades are available.

We will serve your guests from our fully staffed buffet line. We are proud to feature our signature "True Full Service" catering at every one of our events! Lastly, once all your guests are served, we never turn down seconds (or thirds)!
